RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Please do not send items back without first submitting a return request. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

SHIPPING CHARGES

A $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for eligible returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us at hello@betweenpsalms.co. In these cases, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@betweenpsalms.co so we can review the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Personalized or custom-made items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us if you have questions about whether a particular item is eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, please request a return for the original eligible item and place a new order for the item you would like.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the $7 return shipping fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 10 business days for an approved refund to be issued. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
